Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, please allow 7–12 business days for delivery within the United States. These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please review the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number and shipment details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become available.

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
